Since the more recent recipes have been… lacking… what recipes have you kept the cards for and remake a lot?
Some of ours (though we have three whole binders of recipes we liked enough to keep):
- Orange Chicken (we add sugar snap peas or snow peas for a vegetable)
- Thai Coconut Curry Chicken
- Pork Sausage and Bell Pepper Pasta
- Sun-Dried Tomato Spaghetti
- Indian-Style Chicken Curry
- Salami and Mozz Focaccia Pizza (surprisingly easy to do if you have the time to let the dough rise)

Made it last night. Order it every time. Yes it’s basically just glorified hamburger helper but it’s *so good* and so easy.
The turkey pot pie, any thing with a mustard pan sauce…. so half the shit.
We do orange chicken a lot! We buy a ton of chicken thighs, my son will eat 4-6 himself and we make coconut rice. So good!
We like the coconut curry chicken too. But I find it’s available on the menu. Also the Cajun stuffed peppers, also on the menu. Tex Mex beef bowls are yummy and quick.
I actually find that there’s so many good menu options it’s hard for us to choose. I don’t think the recipes are lacking at all.
