I used 3/4 ratio of the King Arthur sourdough recipe for the bread, so:

170 g starter
300 g water
450 g flour
10 g salt

And for the filling:

4 tbsp softened butter
1 tbsp cinnamon
5 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp bread flour

This may be the best loaf I’ve baked yet. Looking forward to breakfast this week 😋

    Looks amazing !! Did you adjust the salt or add sugar to the dough ? I tried it once and didn’t like that the bread was salt and the inclusions were sweet
