Better than my first ever, I’m a waiter with keys to the store when until a few nights ago I was the DJ, the 30yo supervisor/barista doesn’t show up, customers come, I tell them sorry we cant make coffee yet. We were always the earliest shop to open in town center that made decent coffee. So customer says “it’s alright, you make one, how bad can it be?” Lolllol foreshadowing, I’m barely 16, never used a coffee machine or a grinder in my life before, barely drank coffee either. So I cant find the espresso bags from the stress (fun fact we had ran out so the barista was late, according to him, mostly because he was on a scooter and had to run to the supplier to grab a 5kg bag for the day). I have the amazing idea to pop some instant nescafe in there and pop a shot hahaha explosion of brown sticky liquids, me horrified 5 mins later after clean up go downstairs and tell the customer “it’s no bueno, sorry dude” he is a trained barista as well so he comes upstairs and we manage to find the hopper in the fridge (my mind was blown, coffee beans in the fridge overnight?) He grinds some beans and makes himself a coffee, I dont charge him of course but he left me a good tip, we still used Greek drachmae back then. I still remember his face, he was practically the 1st person who took the time and show me just how to use a Mazzer grinder and a La San Marco coffee machine properly.

If it tastes good then there’s no issue. But I think you might need to work to make it a bit bigger
