Guys, this recipe is worth a million dollars. Okay, why? Because it’s my fiveingredient glutenfree delicious pioli cookie. Okay, that if you try to buy them in the store, it’s going to cost you a million dollars. So, this one is worth a million dollars. I don’t eat me. So, I have two cups of almond flour. Now, this is half of my recipe. I didn’t want to make too much cuz then then I’ll make them again for Christmas. So, I’m making half. You could double this and make more. one cup of sugar, three egg whites, and some almond extract. It’s about a tablespoon of almond extract. And now, just with a fork, you put it together. And as you’re putting it together, you’re going to notice that it forms into like an almond paste. Now, this recipe is so much less. It’s a fraction of the cost um than buying the almond paste. And it it’s just it’s exactly the same, guys. I’m just trying to make you save money and make things quick and easy cuz that’s what I do. Now it comes together and it looks like a cookie batter. Okay. So, what I do is cuz it’s a little sticky, I put my hand in a little bit of water. We’ll grab an amount like this. We make a ball. Then we flatten it out like this. Then you get your pioli nuts. You dip them in like that. You see how beautiful? I mean, could I make things any easier for you guys? And let me tell you something. the bakeries, they don’t like me for doing this. Now, I’m just going to do the rest of them like that. Roll them up, go like this, dip, put them on the side, and we’re going to put it in a 350° oven from 12 to 18 minutes. It depends how big you make them, but I’ll let you know how long these stick. Okay, guys, look at how beautiful they came out. They stood in the oven for 15 minutes. Look at they’re nice and pale on the top, but on the bottom, they’re nice and golden. And these are I think it’s 15 cookies here. This is like 2 lbs probably. Now, let them cool off a little bit and then you go on top with some powdered sugar. That’s it, guys. I mean, you’re going to somebody’s house, you bring them these, you’ll look like a rockar when it was not expensive and you did it in 5 minutes. [Music] Look, look how chewy, guys. See the chewiness? What bakery? This is how I do it.
