Menudo Bowl celebrates 30 years, opens cook-off and vendor applications

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – A Laredo tradition is turning 30 and Laredo Crime Stoppers are looking for you to “stir the pot” at this year’s event.

The annual Menudo Bowl is accepting applications for the cook-off division. They are also accepting applications for food vendors, nonprofits and pop-ups.

Gates open at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24 at the 1848 Event Center, formerly known as the Life Down Fairgrounds.

Every pot stirred, every booth set up, every sponsorship, and every ticket purchased helps support our mission to keep the community safe.
