  2. My SIL gifted me a tray like that for my birthday last year but I haven’t gotten around to using it. Did you have to season it or anything?

    I’ve seen people use them by simply placing the shaped baguettes into them for final proof, but they obviously never mention if they needed to season it ahead of time.

    Nice progress. Shaping, scoring, and bake all improved. The perspective had me going crazy. I see that pan as convex then concave then convex then concave.
