Ah I’ve been wanting to try to make some vegan sushi at home (I’ve seen some fun recipes that use mushrooms), these look gorgeous! Out of the “sushi,” did you have a favorite flavor- or texture-wise?

It all looks delicious however Vegan gyoza is on another level. I was only able to eat it once during my trip but I’m willing to go back just for this place 😅

Haha small world! I hit all three of those places in the last few days. UZU ramen blew me away and might be the best I’ve ever had. The gyoza lady was incredibly sweet and her dumplings were solid too. I would love if she offered more without soy meat in them and dipping sauce. The coriander one was my favorite.
