Hmm, it’s actually pretty similar to the Damako Nabe I made the other day, except this one has a nice toasted flavour that’s really welcoming ^^. I used chopsticks to shape the kiritanpo, and it surprisingly turned out pretty well!

    One of my favorites. If you can find seri herb, it’s a perfect addition to kiritampo nabe. You may find it labeled minari in Korean markets.
