
Here’s what’s on the plate today – cooked spelt in the center (with a little sesame on top), a boiled egg, pan-fried tofu (try it with orange juice!), fresh greens, sautéed mushrooms, sliced peppers, carrots, radishes, mango, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries😅 it’s not a lot, I swear!…don’t judge a hungry woman🙄

On a business trip in Georgia. I just ordered a yogurt, fruit and granola bowl for breakfast. It came out with honey all over it lol

I’ve never had spelt (not easy to find near me) but I LOVE farro and bulgur.
I’ve never had tofu cooked with orange juice but have used it in meat marinades before so I bet it’s pretty good!
