Lunch and dinner combine classic Italian apertivo—such as a rotating selection of salumi and formaggi, house-pulled mozzarella with squash mostarda and crisp fritti misti—with fresh pastas, ranging from bucatini in a rich beef sugo to delicate tortellini in brodo. Rustic paninis and seasonal salads complement the menu, alongside main courses such as grilled dorade with fennel salsa verde and pork collar with peaches and polenta.

“[At Bar Tutto], you’ll just continue to see what I love to cook, and what I myself enjoy eating,” Flamm says.

Flamm points to the farro spaghetti as a likely crowd-pleaser, a dish inspired by one he had while completing a culinary residency in Italy. Another stand-out, the prosciutto cotto omelette, delivers a flavor-packed punch in every bite. Flamm says, “[It] is super simple and classic, but done so well. Sometimes that’s what wins people over and keeps them coming back to order it again and again.”

The beverage program encompasses classic Italian cocktails made with Aperol and Campari, Old World wines and a rotating selection of local Italian beers.

Keeping in line with the culinary offerings, the beverage program features Italian classics, including Aperol- and Campari-infused cocktails, a curated selection of Old World wines and a rotating list of local Italian beers.

Designed to complement the cuisine, the atmosphere evokes a warm, storied feel with exposed brick, walnut millwork and vintage rugs. Old Italian cookbooks bring character to the dining room and bar, while the outdoor patio, spanning a full acre, is inspired by Italian piazzas, complete with twinkling lights and verdant greenery. The heart of the restaurant is its open kitchen and custom wood-fired grill, inviting guests into the culinary experience.

“[The space is] warm and inviting with tons of natural light, just like a neighborhood café and restaurant should be,” Flamm says. “It’s somewhere you can come back to several times a week for a quick coffee and pastry or breakfast wrap, dinner with friends, a nightcap or brunch with your kids.”
