Serious eats Detroit pizza dough with 10% Masa Harina, 90% bread flour, topped with pork chili verde, pickled onions, low moisture mozz and cilantro. Masa in the dough was really nice with some corn flavor and a slight softer dough texture.

    Looks delicious! What exactly is Masa dough? I know what pizza dough and masa are… but I’ve never heard them being combined to make a pizza. Please advise!

    Edit: been on here for almost 13 years, I still forget to read the description for information before replying with a request for the same information already provided… smh

    Very cool idea, did you have to adjust hydration ratio at all compared to 100% four Detroit doughs you’ve made?
