God I love this so much. Out of curiosity, do you get a lot of splatter on the counter tops and is there a ton of clean up for something like this?

Looks cool but idk. Before I retired we’d fry stuff in our countertop deep fryers in our commercial kitchen with commercial hood at the firehouse. Each shift would fry chicken or fish every now and then. Guaranteed when the next shift came in that next morning the whole firehouse smelled like food had been fried. Can’t imagine deep frying food inside my house. We bought a double deep fryer and use it outside on the patio.
