Beef – 1 kg (2.2 lb)

Mustard – 1 tbsp (15 g / 0.5 oz)
Chili sauce – 1 tbsp (15 ml / 0.5 fl oz)
Sweet paprika powder – 1 tsp (2 g)
Garlic powder – 1 tsp (3 g)
Ground black pepper – Β½ tsp (1 g) + to taste
Salt – to taste
Green onions – small bunch
Rosemary – 1–2 sprigs
