A while back I made a post seeking recipes that weren't pot roast. I recently came across this book from remembering I had it and all the memories of slow cooker food came flooding back. I do not remember anything I've made from this book that wasn't well received. Highly recommend its purchase from ThriftBooks or Amazon as it is an invaluable slowcooker asset.
