Backdropped by the Rocky Mountains, this year’s event is set to take place on June 19, 20 and 21, 2026.
Over the three days, festival-goers can enjoy an array of cooking demonstrations and discussions, plus wine, cocktail and food tastings. There will be five “Grand Tastings,” exclusive parties and more, a press release teases.
Tickets to the Colorado festival are available beginning at 12 p.m. E.T. on Dec. 10 at classic.foodandwine.com. (“Early purchase is strongly encouraged,” the release states, “as tickets sell out each year.”)

In a statement, Food & Wine Editor-in-Chief Hunter Lewis promises “unforgettable experiences” at the “one-of-a-kind” Aspen event.
“Since 1983, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen has set the stage for chefs, wine pros, and hospitality industry leaders to cook, pour, teach, taste, and gather in one of the most spectacularly beautiful towns in the country,” Lewis says. “I’m honored to play a role in continuing the legacy of this legendary event, and bringing this massive, one-of-a-kind celebration to life.”

The 2026 festival, which is presented by American Express and Resy, will also make donations to two charity partners: No Kid Hungry, a campaign dedicated to ending childhood hunger in the United States, and Southern Smoke Foundation, a nonprofit that provides emergency aid and mental health resources to workers in the food and beverage industry.
Last summer, PEOPLE shared a look into the star-studded 2025 Food & Wine Classic.
The 2025 Aspen festival — not to be confused with its more recently introduced fall counterpart, held in Charleston, S.C. — featured appearances from celebrities like Padma Lakshmi, Regina King, Antoni Porowski, Ayesha Curry and Somebody Feed Phil creator Phil Rosenthal.
Martha Stewart, Guy Fieri and more have appeared at the event in previous years.
