it was an active day
breakfast : dark bread with avocado, one egg, pumpkin seeds, a bit of truffle oil and mesclun
lunch : a salad with a seitan sausage
- natural oats with a date and peanut butter
dinner : dorade with chard and lemon butter i ate with my boyfriend

In what world is that a lot of food? And why would anyone bully you? Iβm fairly new to the Med Diet but as far as I can tell it does not promote restriction. If your body needs food you should feed it.
