Been a hot minute since I’ve seen this show up! I use the Kenji recommended Ethan Chlebowski recipe instead https://cookwell.com/recipe/street-cart-chicken-and-yellow-rice and to be honest his rice too. My grocery store was out of pita so I subbed with this random pizza bread I found. So good.
