In this recipe, I’ll show you how to make crispy sweet potato fans with a spicy-sweet chili-honey glaze. The fans open up on their own in the oven, becoming crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The roasted nut chips add the perfect crunch and a warm, nutty flavor.

  4. I'm watching from Brasil. It really looks delicious. But, unfortunately we don't have the bordo sauce. How could i substitute?

  5. Good results tonight with a preheated oven at 390 degrees F at 35 minutes. Used sriracha for the chili sauce, and tamari instead of soy sauce, since they’re very similar & I like tamari a bit more. Accidentally added double her recommended amount of fresh lemon juice, but maybe that’s why the glaze on my pecans seemed so good— it was my favorite part of the dish. Make sure to be “brief” like she says when caramelizing the nut mixture… I overdid it slightly & had sticky nut-clumps that wouldn’t really pour over the potatoes well. I had to tediously maneuver the little clumps & position them on and around the potatoes. But that flavor though— wow!

  6. I like the fact that you don't have music! Just the soothing sound of chopping 😊 I love the technique with the chopsticks.i will definitely try this!
