Nice I did this once but I spatchcocked it 225 heavy seasoning turned out fantastic no wrap needed. I really am liking the whole bird, bonus u get smokes meat for samis the next day 🙂

Have you ever tried no wrap? For ribs and everything else

All look good but never seen wrapped a chicken.
If you have the space, look up beer can chicken on Meat Church (or any recipie, but he has a lot of good ones). My fam loves it. 10 min prep, 90 min cook time.
