They’re nostalgic, they’re bite-sized morsels of deliciousness, they’re perfect for prepping ahead, and you can even make some recipes without switching on the oven at all.

No baking required.

Mangoes are at their peak at Christmastime, and this no-bake slice is one of the best ways to enjoy them. But this isn’t your average cheesecake – it’s made with a mix of Greek yoghurt and ricotta, making it deliciously light. Lemon zest and passionfruit pulp give it a decidedly summertime air.

Great for adults and kids alike.

This slice recipe by Fast Ed is elevated, yet playful. It features the sophisticated crunch of macadamias but doesn’t take itself too seriously, with chopped marshmallows evenly distributed throughout.
