Been at this for almost 30 years, and I just got the best crisp I’ve ever managed on oven-baked wings (AND I got lucky with the sauce I had on hand). How do they look?


Dry rubbed pre-bake with garlic powder, celery salt and S & P. Tossed in what I had at home– the last dregs of a bottle of BWW Medium + a few splashes each of Frank's and Louisiana Hot Sauce for flavor and a little extra heat. These were 🔥🔥🔥🔥!
