I posted here a while ago asking about turkeys done via the Joetisserie. Tried it and this is how it came out! Thanks all for the advice.

I also put in a maple syrup and butter glaze while it was resting.

    No need to practice. This method is foolproof and easily the best. All you have to do is make sure the clamp screws don’t come loose.
