I’d love to taste like a 5×5 mm small piece of that, no more thank you very much.

How long did the whole preparation take?

was it worth your time in your opinion? Did you enjoy the process? How did the final product taste?

Awesome! This is the first time I’ve seen someone on the internet make homemade chocolate and actually use a melange to get a smooth end result. Every other video I’ve seen they just use a grinder and I guarantee the end result is gritty. But this looks fantastic.

  7. Do you extract the cocoa butter yourself, and if so, what equipment do you use?

  8. Do you have to be close to equator to grow the cacao tree? Are there different strains of cacao?

So cool! What part of the world/growing zone are you in? How old is your tree? And how many bars of chocolate would you say you get from one harvest?

    *swipes*

    “Holy shit!”

  12. Is there a part of the cocoa seed proccessing/chocolate making step that smells like wet garbage? I have been noticing a wet garbage smell around my office recently which coincided with a chocolate making facility going in next door.
