INGREDIENTS
-cooking oil
-12pcs strips of bacon sliced into small squares (you could use more or less according to preference since it’s for toppings)
-1pc chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-7pcs thin ham slices (sliced into small squares)
-200g (drained weight) canned mushroom sliced
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-a bit of water for deglazing
-62g cream of mushroom soup powder form mixed with about 2 and 1/2Cups water (mix thoroughly before adding to the pan to avoid curdling)
-360ml evaporated milk
-250ml all purpose cream
-about 100g grated quick melt cheese
-about 10g butter (NOTE!!! I used 10g only coz I already halved the sauce in the video.. so.. you could use 20g butter if you’re gonna put it in all of the sauce before halving it.. optional but highly suggested)
-about 8Cups water
-4Tbsp salt
-400g linguine pasta
-about 4Tbsp pasta water so keep it
-chopped parsley for toppings (optional)

good for about 800g of pasta po yung sauce? or did you use it all for 400g?
