For real? 390 calories for the whole bag. And it is green 💚 on Noom. And 37.5 grams of protein. Reddit people, burst my bubble. Why is it not so good?

Looks like it can be a good option if you’re vegan and like the flavor. I’m also counting 325 on 2.5 servings on the label. In comparison, 2 chicken thighs (~8 oz) are 320 calories and 44g protein. So pretty comparable

Just my .02 cents. When I eat proteins of any source, when prepared, the bare minimum protein ill accept is 1g per 10 calories otherwise there is too much filler/additives.

Now “meat” I expect a much higher ratio, but a protein powder, or protein supplement, since it’s not a meal I will allow you be that minimum level.

I will say though, I would weigh that entire bag, in grams, and see how many real calories are in the bag. And one more thing, you say 390 calories and 37.5g protein, but the bag says for every 130 calories there are 15g of protein.

Get how many grams of chicken there is, and do the math. Find out real calories and real protein.

For what it’s worth, I follow the 1500 is enough, i’ve lost 150 lbs.
