I fish a lot so I enjoy utilizing the egg for seafood with the species that are good for the grill.

Did my first brisket this year – not worth the trouble IMO but was tasty ~ 19hr cook. I use a lot of products from Ceramic grill store such as the expandable rig & spider with stone… They’ve really changed the way I cook. I’ve had best convection results with food as high up as possible! My biggest complaint is I need an XL Egg at minimum for 2026.

    Looks great! In a couple of the pictures it looks like you have a grate with “arms” that positions it lower, closer to the coals. Where did you get that?!
