I never fully understood this, like if you cook anything a long time it gets tender? Like anything.. people rave about how “fall apart” something was. But it’s literally dont open the oven for 1hr longer lol.

I can see the smoke ring but Where’s the juice? Looks super dry. Sis you use a thermometer like a meater to assist in the smoking? Meaters are super helpful in all kinds of cooking.
