Caprese Salad Wreath
•Cherry Tomatoes with a handful
of them sliced
•Mini Bocconcini
•spread platter with whipped feta
•add basil 🌿 leaves before you assemble
•drizzle with olive oil
•salt
•more basil to garnish
•balsamic vinegar on the side
Whipped Feta Recipe
In a food processor blend..
1/2 block feta
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
squeeze of lemon

Have a little jolly Christmas. It’s the best time of the year. Now, I don’t know if there’ll be snow, but have a cup of cheer.
