    Looks good though, I make natto at home sometimes and I can never get it to be properly slimy like this.

    This is almost what I had for breakfast myself this morning. Minus the soup. I have rice prepared most of the time and I can take it out of the refrigerator and warm it. I usually grill salmon so that there will be extra for breakfast. And of course, I make my own natto, which is even better than what you buy.

    Sorry, this is probably obvious to everyone except me, but what kind of tofu is that in the miso? Is it cold, fried tofu? It looks like it has a skin or wrapping on it.
