saw someone here mention this new pizza spot in pilsen so i decided to give it a try and i’m honestly impressed! the sauce and the dough are definitely the best part. the sauce is super bright and acidic which complements the lightly charred dough really well. the dough has the perfect crispy bite while still being chewy and soft inside. i think it could benefit from a little bit of salt, but that may just be my personal preference since i’m partial to pepperoni pizza (they currently only serve cheese)
the owner was a really cool guy from the neighborhood who seems super passionate and excited to be making and selling pizza. happy to see another solid pizza spot open in pilsen so i’ll definitely be coming back!

Is it wood fired? It’s got a pretty nice char on those little bubbles.
I love how not having anything but plain cheese still doesn’t keep it from being the best slice in the city
