Scungilli salad with olive salad lemon and celery mixed with olive oil lemon oregano and fresh garlic….refreshing and delicious

All right. Today I’m making something so simple. Anybody can make it. If you like uh seafood salad, futa deare, fish salad, whatever, wherever you come from, whatever you call it. If you like that, you’re going to like this and there’s no effort. This is sconili salad. My sister-in-law Susie made it. I went there one day. I’m like, what is this? Oh my god. She’s like, it takes 5 minutes to make. All right, so I mean 5 minutes besides chopping the celery. There’s nothing to it. This is right here. Two cans of uh Lam Monica’s gong jelli. I personally like that brand the best. Um now I’m going to make a salad out of it. It’s going to be so fresh. Easy. So I drained it. I rinsed it. I patted it dry. So I have it here in a bowl. Right. This is my go-to. I love this on sandwiches in my regular salads. It’s an olive salad, but it has a lot of stuff in there. The jardinire. It has some peppers, capers. It has so many good things in there. A lot of flavor. So, I’m going to put for now I’m going to put maybe three tablespoons of this stuff. You can get it in an Italian specialty store. I got that at Costco. It’s delicious. This is two two pieces of garlic sliced in slivers. I don’t mince my garlic when it’s fresh because I find it’s too strong. I don’t want to eat it. I want the flavor of the garlic, but I want to be able to push it aside. I don’t want to eat it. Two cloves sliced. This was two stalks of celery cut up. Fresh parsley. Got to have that in any seafood. Juice of two lemons. Olive oil. Some oregano. Little bit. some black pepper. Do not use salt because that um olive salad is super salty. Now we just toss it. Come on. It doesn’t get any easier. This is a seafood dish without cooking. Like it’s this is we’re having this as a side to some other seafood I’m making. So you don’t want to go through the trouble of the whole seafood salad. This is good. Love some chili. Sometimes you can make it in the spicy red sauce. I make it this way. Delicious. I’m going to put this aside in the refrigerator. Couple hours. Come back and taste it. All right. I took it out. I let it marinate a little bit. I did um add another tablespoon of the olive mix. You got to go by eye and see, you know, what you like. You got to season it up. But I will tell you this, you don’t eat this without this. You got to have some sort of Italian bread, something because you need the mop. I’m going to show you what I mean. All right. So, I’m going to be eating this now. So, let me get a little extra juice there. All right. So, I want some celery, the olives. Okay. Come on. It doesn’t get easier than this gourmet food. You need the mop. You got to mop up the olive oil, the lemon, all that. Anybody can make this. Bring it somewhere. I made it with shrimp in another video. Got to cook the shrimp, but that’s no big deal. This is the way to go. It’s delicious. Give it a try.
