Hey yall, so this is my first time trying these eggs and curious if anyone has tried it? I want to know if you can also bake with it or will it change the flavor ?

I bake with it all the time. 3 tablespoons equals 1 egg. If you’re going to eat it, I recommend black salt. I eat Just Eggs every weekend. There is a great French toast recipe on their sight. Enjoy!

The most unexpectedly successful vegan replacement product maybe ever.

I LOVE JustEgg. I enjoy it scrambled and served with whatever you would normally have with scrambled eggs – toast, potatoes, mushrooms, etc. Have also successfully used in fried rice and pad Thai. Nice amount of protein, so perfect when I’m running out of tofu inspiration.

I’m still blown away on how they even make this. It’s amazing!

  6. Made Migas once while on a work trip to the US. Would love to be able to get these in Australia.

Even tried to make my own w mung beans but came up short.

Love that you used them in fried rice.

I love kiwi. I love fried rice. I love just egg. I need to say that first before everyone comes for me.

Why is NO ONE talking about the kiwi about to touch the fried rice!??

    Savage.

I love it – I eat the scrambled folded egg for breakfast most mornings.

  9. A friend made me a quiche with it. It was great!

Anyone know if there’s a copycat recipe that actually tastes a lot like the actual product? Because this shit is fucking expensive

  11. It’s a good replacement but my God does it give me wicked gas

I like the frozen one more, the liquid one always sticks to the pan (probably because I have no idea how to cook eggs 😂).

Fav preparation: diner style baked egg for breakfast sandwiches.

    Preheat oven to 375°F
    Stuff:
-half a carton of just egg.
    -pinch of salt
    -pinch of parsley.
    -pinch of pepper.

Grease/oil an 8in loaf pan. Combines everything in an 8in loaf pan. Place the loaf pan onto a cookie sheet that has edges. Add 1/2c water to cookie sheet (creating a sort of Bain-Marie) and put in a middle rack in the preheated oven. Cook for 10-15min, until it puffs up. Take loaf pan out of oven and with a bendable spatula, lift the egg from the pan. Enjoy!

  14. Just EGG works so well, it is crazy. I only use them once in a blue moon however because I try to stay away from overly processed foods generally. These slap though LOL. The meal pictured looks delicious btw!
