Finally decided to try this cut after passing it by for years. Really good value these days at $11.99/lb. Treated it like a flank, marinated it eight hours and cooked it around 500 direct for three minutes a side. Wife and I might prefer it to flank now.

    Try marinating it in Bachan’s Japanese BBQ sauce. 😋

    Flap meat is our current favorite and in the weekly rotation. Great cut
