Air Fryer Masala Poppadum (Crispy Lentil Crackers) topped with onions and tomatoes

    Traditionally this is deep fried, I made masala poppadum in the air fryer – fast, crispy, and low oil recipe. Poppadum (also called papad) is a thin lentil cracker and can fly around in the air fryer, so place an **iron/metal mesh rack on top** or **break it into smaller pieces and cover** while air frying. Once crisp, top with chopped tomatoes, onions, lemon juice, and simple spices.
    Works really well as a light vegan appetizer or crunchy snack.

    These crackers are sooooo good!! And your additions look so fresh and yummy. I gotta try this next time I have them. Also didn’t know you could air fry them, that’s awesome
