


Anyone heard of this guy? I’m currently a month into a cut and I’ve been somewhat struggling with cravings. I haven’t caved, and I’m admittedly doing more extreme of a deficit than necessary, but I’ve been less than happy with food as of late and I came across this guy on instagram. Tried this one and followed it to a tee, split into 5 servings and it was delicious but it feels like there’s no way it was only 578 calories. I would like to know before I continue with more recipes or even buy his cookbook
