Hey, so I wanted to do a quick video on sourdough starter because some people have asked me about this. So this is what I keep after I’ve done my bread baking. I’m actually want to prepare for another loaf of bread. So this is what I keep in the fridge. I’m going to take half of it, put it in the jar, and I’m going to feed it with some flour. I’m going to add about a cup of flour to this and half a cup of water. Mix it really well. You don’t want to see any dry spots from the flour. So, it’s going to look something like this, right? For now. Um, and then in the morning, uh, when I see how it’s looking, I will discard some and I will feed some more. Also, some people use like a rubber band. I I just never have. Um I just eyeball it. I could be wrong, so don’t don’t quote me. But this is my method and this is what has been working for me so far. And I just seal it. I’m gonna leave it on the counter and check it out tomorrow
