That smoke sticks to you like glue when it’s cold. Whether it’s BBQ smoke or 2-Stroke smoke. You come in on a cold day and your coat just smells so good.

What is y’all’s outside temp where you don’t smoke? I got a new smoker I need to season but it’s below freezing out.

Hell yeah. Only 28°f here, going on the 16th hour of a brisket smoke. Never had an easier time managing temps.
Man, I wish we had that much snow here, so far we’ve got diddly
