🥣 Butter Bean Hummus with Beef

Ingredients:
• 1 can (400 g) butter beans, drained and rinsed
• 1½ tbsp tahini (or more to taste)
• 2 clove garlic
• 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp water (add more for texture
• 2 ice cubes
• Salt, to taste

For the beef:
• 200–250g beef (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into small cubes
• 1 tbsp avocado oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tsp paprika or cumin (optional)

For serving:
Drizzle of olive oil, paprika, parsley, roasted pine nuts and Beef.

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Prepare the hummus:
Add butter beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and 2-3 ice cubes to a blender.
Blend until smooth, adding a bit of cold water if needed to get a creamy texture.
2. Cook the beef:
Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add beef cubes and sear until golden and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side.
Season with salt, pepper, and spices.
3. Assemble:
Spread the hummus on a plate or shallow bowl.
Top with the warm beef cubes.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika, pine nuts, and fresh parsley.
