Something I did a couple of months ago. Picked up these babies at a local Albertsons and sat on them for a few days wondering what to do with em. I'm a vinegar fanatic, I love pickled stuff and especially love hot sauce, so I decided to put em in a jar. Came out really tasty and the perfect amount of heat … not gonna lie, Jolokias are probably about as hot as I can go comfortably and it still hurts a bit.
Anyone else here ever pickled some spicy stuff?

    Have never pickled, but have done sugared habaneros (basically just boil them whole in sugar/some water) and it ends up as a jar of lil sweet bombs.

    Those jolokia pickles look fantastic! Good job

    Should have added some other peppers to fill it out and stretch that heat out.
