    What did you think of the outcome vs the work. I have made it several times.

    I actually started making individual portions because I found we always had leftovers and it was easier to pull a couple off early so I can reheat to my desired temp the next day

    It looks great for a first time, you are clearly skilled in the kitchen. The cook is perfect. Did you cut the steak too early, there is steak juice on the plate.

    I really hate to say this, but your Wellington looks about 1,000 times better than his. I bet it tastes better, too. Seriously.
