3k if you include the chips and guac. But that could be a 2500 cal burrito

This is an absolute monstrosity. Can’t be serious about weight loss or fitness goals if you eat like this surely no point even calorie counting if your meals are like this. This is well over 2 thousand

I am going to say at least 1,925 calories for the burrito, broken down to: extra large flour tortilla (320), 6 ounces grilled chicken assuming a scoop is about a cup (250), 6 ounces grilled steak also at about a cup (400), one cup beans (240), one cup Spanish rice (210), three-fourths cup shredded cheese (300), fourth cup sour cream (120), one tablespoon guacamole (25), half cup enchilada sauce (60). The burrito is quite large with many rich ingredients so while I think 2500 is a bit high, 2000 seems like a very reasonable guess. If you had any chips, add about 15 calories a chip.
