Stuffed Pasta Shells with Garlic Yogurt and Mint Butter ❤️

Ingredients
500 g ground beef or lamb
Pasta shells
1 can Mutti polpa (crushed tomatoes)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 large onion
4 garlic cloves
Yogurt
Dried mint
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp paprika powder
2 tsp seven-spice
Pul biber (Aleppo pepper)
1 tbsp veal stock concentrate
Bay leaves
1 bunch parsley
Butter
Oil
Salt
Instructions:
Start by frying the onion and garlic in oil. Then add the tomato paste and let it fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the minced meat and cook. Add the veal stock, spices, and one can of Mutti tomatoes. Finish by adding water and let it simmer covered for 20 minutes.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
In a small saucepan, fry tomato paste with oil for a couple of minutes. Add water, seven-spice, and salt. Stir.
In an oven-safe skillet, pour a little of the tomato sauce into the bottom. Fill the pasta shells with the meat mixture. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 195°C.
Mix yogurt, garlic, and salt.
Sizzle butter, tomato paste, pul biber, and dried mint in a pan.
Spoon the yogurt over the pasta. Then pour the mint butter on top. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
