Prime cut ribeyes reverse seared and Australian lobster tails split in half with a garlic lemon butter baste.

Everything was perfectly cooked. Hands down a 10/10.

Why would anyone pay for this at a steakhouse when it's so freaking easy to make.

    I agree 1000 percent, it’s much more satisfying to be able to knock it out at home all on your own terms, food looks delicious, nice job 👍

    That looks so gooood! How long did you reverse sear the ribeyes for? I’ve tried reverse searing a couple times, but I always get paranoid about overcooking.

    Get the whole lobster and cut it in half. Much better than the tail. The claws are so much sweeter but most people don’t want to put in the work to get the meat out.
