Where can I find pho with wide noodles in New York?

I strongly dislike those nasty skinny noodles that are commonly served with phở around America. Does anyone know where I can find a restaurant that serves wider flat noodles like in the photo? Preferably in mid/lower Manhattan or close to JFK. TIA!!
