Chicken salad was a leftover sous vide Cajun herb chicken breast, mayo + Dijon, celery, shallot, pepperoncini, and fresh dill + parsley + chives.

Only change I think I’ll make for the next one is swapping the chx salad and arugula on layering.

    Looks fantastic, might i suggest doing pickled carrots for this type of sandwich it adds the same awesome pickle flavor but soooo much crunch!
