I used Wegman’s vegan ground beef, kite hill ricotta, and Violife shredded mozzarella and grated their Parmesan on top ❤️

    Looks great! I have always done the tofu stuffed shells, my recipe came from an old veg magazine this reminded me of how good stuffed shells can be!
