Parmentier sardines with tomato chilli oil. paired it with some fermented cabbage, pickles, honey fermented garlic, pimento stuffed olives and a dash of tomato purée. Banging !

Rate this brand, or rather this can. It’s a nice rabbit hole I’m about to go down with different brands.

    yum! that looks great. I just tried Polar smoked brisling sardines last night for the first time and they were awesome!!! You can have a lot of fun with trying out new fish and this sub has a lot of cool people in it too, so welcome!

    also, as a fellow stuffed olive lover you gotta try almond stuffed they are my favorite!
