   * Cheese Flavor: Savory, spicy and complex
   * Meltiness: Great melt but no stretch
   * Overall: 9/10 really great cheese and spice blend. Wish I looked at the back label of ingredients before I threw it away. The spice blend from white jasmine includes brown sugar and chipotle peppers combined with Mexican oregano, onions, garlic and other fragrant spices.
