  3. Roasted soya chunks salad

    Recipe 🌸
    40g soya chunks
    2 cups chopped vegetables ( onion, tomato, carrot, cucumber )
    2 tbsp coriander leaves
    1 tsp chilli powder
    1 tsp coriander powder
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1/4th tsp turmeric
    Salt as per taste
    1 tsp mustard oil

    Salad Dressing 🌸

    2 tbsp hung curd
    1 tsp mustard sauce
    1 tsp honey
    Salt as per taste
