
Ingredients: semolina 200gm, milk- half litre, jaggary- 100 gm , grated coconut- one coconut
Steps-
1.Mix semolina with warm milk. Create thickish batter. Let it rest. It will rise. Cut and give it rest. Do it a few times. It will thicken.
2.Heat up a small pot. Put jaggary. Add grated cocunut. Combine them in low to medium heat. Texture would be dough like. Let it cool.
3.Take tube or a steel glass. Put semolina-milk batter in. Create a hole in the middle. Put the coconut dough in.Steamt it.
4.After cooling take it out. Cut into slices as shown above. Eat as you like. You can add honey or mapel syrup.
